Seven Points Capital started as an executing broker for hedge funds and asset managers.
2008
Having successfully navigated through the financial crisis, we moved our focus away from customer driven business and started building trading models and developing strategies ourselves.
2010
Seven Points develops an educational program around our models.
2016
Seven Points expanded to 2 trading floors and executed over 6 billion shares annually across US markets.
2017
Seven Points opens a trading floor in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
2018
Seven Points opens a trading floor in Toronto, Canada.
2019
Seven Points opens a trading floor on the west coast in San Diego, California.
2020
With the challenges the world faced in 2020, Seven Points’ traders maintained a strong presence by going fully remote, while successfully expanding our team of traders in the United States and Europe.
